If you are NEW to Altitude in 2025 - PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY...
1. To book in for a Trial Class please click on the NEW MEMBER button then select TRIAL MEMBERSHIP $0.00
2. The name and date of birth details are for the students who will be attending classes - not the parent / guardian.
3. You only need to fill in the compulsory details (phone number and email address as well as class preference details).
It is important that you look at the Program page for the new 2025 Timetable and make sure you know which class you are going to select and that it is appropriate for your child. Program descriptions are located below the Timetable, just scroll down.
Once filled in, the system will auto-send an email confirming that the Trial class registration has been recieved.
Then a personalised confirmation email and invoice for the nominated trial class will be sent.
We are happy to take calls or receive email us for customers needing assistance. Even though the gym doesnt open most days until 4pm, customers can still call our number during the day 0466 612 342.
Please note that there is just 1 admin staff, who is the business owner and manager, head coach, receiptionist, cleaner, etc. With so many roles, it may not always be possible to reply to emails, or answer all calls immediately so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated
