Please bring a labelled drink bottle of water, and wear comfortable gym-wear.
No jeans, denim, zippers, buttons, hoodies, dresses or fairy skirts, or anything too loose that will fall over-head when upside down.
Please remove all jewellery, friendship bands, watches, or fit-bits,(sleepers & studs are ok).
Bare feet are fine for class, or they can wear clean socks. However they need to wear thongs or slides to the gym in case they need to go to the bathroom during class. (Shoes take too long to put on and take off)
Long hair must be tied up securely.
Chewing gum is not allowed on the premises. It would be preferable that gum is disposed of before arriving at our venue. However, if using our bins to dispose of gum, please ensure that you have a discussion with children and instruct them to wrap gum in a tissue before placing it in the bins provided.
Please park in the spaces in the centre of the complex, our spaces are marked 6 and are near the exit. If our spots are full it is ok to park in the other spots, however please do not park in Unit 4 before 5.30pm on weekdays, as that neighbour is not happy about us parking in their spaces.
If you enrol for future classes, please note that we will have a drop-off and pick-up system in place, in order to avoid parking issues.
Due to child protection and privacy, videos or photos of your child in the class is not permitted, as you do not have permission of the staff or other children nor to take media that may capture them. Please do not call out or signal to your child whilst in the class, as this can be disruptive to both the child and the coach.
If there is an issue with anything in the class, or with your child, please discuss with office, floor supervisor or management staff. You must not attempt to discuss issues with coaching staff, as they have been instructed to refer you back to management.
Due to space constraints, one adult is permitted on site on one occasion to view the trial class, if two parents would like to watch, please tag-team. Our viewing area is standing room only.
No food, including coffee is allowed to be brought in or consumed on the premises, by parents, siblings or participants. Parents are free to watch from outside the gate while they finish their coffee.
After your trial class, we will send a follow-up email. We would ask that you communicate your intention to enrol or not. We will also need to check with the coach as to the appropriateness of the class for your child.
Please note that we have strict class sizes. Therefore if a class is full on the day that you prefer, we will allow you to do a trial in that class, however there could be a wait until a spot becomes available in the class.
We can discuss other options for your child if the class wasn't suitable and we could do a secondary trial in another class, so please ensure you discuss this with office staff after your trial if needed.
Further Policies are available on the website.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
